Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Email Verifier ("the app") on monday.com. By installing and using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Email Verifier is a monday.com marketplace application that verifies email addresses on your monday.com boards using our proprietary high-accuracy verification engine. It provides:

• Automation triggers to verify emails when added or changed
• A dashboard to bulk-verify emails on a board
• Scheduled re-verification of stale emails
• Board column setup for verification results

3. Acceptable use

You may use Email Verifier to verify email addresses that you have a legitimate business reason to check, such as cleaning your own contact lists, validating leads, or confirming customer emails.

You may not use Email Verifier to:

• Verify email lists obtained without consent or through scraping
• Use the service in violation of anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)
• Attempt to overload or abuse the verification infrastructure
• Resell or re-package verification results as a standalone service

4. Future communications

By installing Email Verifier, you agree that we may contact you about:

• Service updates, new features, and maintenance notifications
• Important security or privacy announcements
• Billing and subscription changes (if on a paid plan)

We will not send marketing emails or share your contact info with third parties. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

5. Data handling

Our data collection, use, and deletion practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

When you uninstall the app, all your data is permanently deleted within 10 days.

6. Disclaimers

Email verification is a best-effort service. Results (Valid / Invalid / Risky / Unknown) are based on technical checks (SMTP probes, disposable domain detection, syntax validation) and may not be 100% accurate. Email Verifier is not liable for business decisions made based on verification results.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers (monday.com or our hosting infrastructure).

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Email Verifier is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100, if the service is free).

8. Termination

You can stop using Email Verifier at any time by uninstalling it from monday.com. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms (e.g., abuse of the verification service).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the marketplace listing. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
