Privacy Policy

Email Verifier ("we", "our", "the app") is an application for monday.com that verifies email addresses on monday.com boards. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

When you use Email Verifier, we collect and process:

• We do not store email addresses, names, or any personally identifiable information (PII).
• We do not store monday.com access tokens. They are used in-memory for the duration of a single request and discarded.
• We do not use cookies or tracking pixels.

3. Email addresses being verified

Email Verifier uses Reacher (reacher.email), an open-source email verification engine, to process email addresses. When Email Verifier verifies an email on your monday.com board:

• The email address is sent to Reacher over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) for verification.
• Reacher returns a result (Valid / Invalid / Risky / Unknown) — it does not store the email address.
• The result is immediately written back to your monday.com board.
• Neither the email address nor the verification result is retained on our servers or Reacher's servers beyond the request lifecycle.

Email Verifier uses the following services:

Email addresses submitted for verification are sent to Reacher solely for the purpose of returning a verification result. Reacher does not retain, sell, or use them for any other purpose. You can review Reacher's privacy practices at reacher.email.

5. Analytics, monitoring, and advertising trackers

Email Verifier does not use any third-party analytics, monitoring, or advertising services. Specifically, we do not use:

• Analytics platforms — no Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, PostHog, or similar.
• Behavior tracking — no Hotjar, FullStory, LogRocket, or session-replay tools.
• Error monitoring — no Sentry, Datadog, Bugsnag, or similar third-party APM.
• Advertising trackers — no Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tags, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any retargeting pixels.
• Marketing tools — no email tracking pixels or marketing automation tags.

6. Data retention and deletion

• Aggregate usage data (account ID, counts) is retained for as long as the app remains installed.
• When you uninstall Email Verifier, all data associated with your monday.com account is permanently deleted within 10 days via an automated uninstall webhook.

7. Data security

• All communication uses HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher.
• Data at rest is encrypted via the underlying database layer.
• Access tokens are never persisted.
• The app uses Seamless Authentication, so no OAuth tokens are stored.
• JWT signatures are verified on every request to reject forged traffic.

8. Your rights

You can at any time:

• Delete all your data by uninstalling Email Verifier from your monday.com account.
• Request a data export by emailing support@getmagicapps.com or chat with us.
• Ask us to delete your data immediately (before the 10-day auto-delete) by emailing support@getmagicapps.com or chat with us.

Under GDPR / CCPA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data. Since we don't collect personal data, most of these rights don't apply in practice, but please contact us if you have any questions.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via the app's marketplace listing.
